Is It Armageddon Yet?

It certainly appears so.

I've been working out of town since Monday and I'll I've seen on the TV at the end of the day is horrible news.

My heart goes out to Boston, my fathers home town.
And also to Texas, home to so many lovely bloggers I'm acquainted with.
I don't really feel sorry for politicians as no one was hurt but it all just drives home,

People Suck.

Some people anyway. Some are crazy evil and all I can do is cling to the good I know is out there.
I know it is. These things tend to bring it out and that is the only light but a strong light that breaks through times of darkness.

This has been the longest day and it started with a minor car accident and kept up from there. The news does put it in perspective but I have been fighting tears all day and could really use a good cry. I am ready to curl up in my own bed and make the world go away with a book and that is what I'll probably do. Not sure if it'll work this time around. I need my cat. I need my bed. I am beyond chocolate but that's ok. I'm having some anyway.
